And then lastly single-use plastics are a huge
issue so we went ahead and eliminated those on
onsite and provide employees with compostable
reusable options.
Some of the challenges that we had were
redesigning systems that have been in place for a
long time, composting on site and then some of
those harder to recycle items. So yeah
redesigning systems in place that we've had for a
really long time was challenging. One of those was
just looking at our packaging processes.
