And then as well, as you know, recycling
contamination is becoming a bigger issue so
you must prove that you do not exceed a 10%
contamination model for any materials that
leave your sight. And then you submit a case
study to show your project.
So here are just quickly the steps that you do
for the certification: you register your project,
you implement your strategies, you submit
your documentation; then you schedule an
on-site assessment, you receive preliminary
comments, and then you host the GBCI
assessor on site for a tour of your facility and
for employer interviews to prove that what
you're saying you're actually doing; and then
you can accept the final report in your
certification, and then you celebrate which is
what we're doing here today and you submit a
case study.
So now we switch gears and look more at what
Posty Cards and PrintForest have done with
their TRUE certification. So Posty Cards is a
small family-owned business in Kansas City.
We have been designing, printing and
manufacturing business greeting cards and
calendars for over 70 years.
