One of the things we were able to do with our
LEED Platinum certification was we actually
designed a whole area of our plant where we can
store and recycle materials, and that has also
been very helpful for us.
A few more sustainability practices that were
really helpful for our certification was buy-in
from leadership. Our leadership team here, Erick
Jessee, our president, was very much on-board
and committed to zero waste and reinforcing
that with our employees.
