So what is zero waste? Zero waste is a concept
focused on waste reduction that encourages the
redesign of resource life cycle so that all products
are reused. The goal is for no trash to be sent to
landfills and incinerators, or the ocean; and
typically an organization is considered a zero-
waste if they're able to divert 90% of their waste
from landfill.
