I have seen some examples of outsourcing when
it works really well. But I guess I would say, even
if you don't have a full-time position, you know,
we have some great people on our sustainability
committee that it's not like I do every part of our
zero waste program and they've been really
instrumental to it. So even if you don't have a
dedicated person, I think it is possible,
absolutely. But yeah either one works. I've seen
both done.
